The DealLab AI Assistant is powered by large language models and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as a primary source for deal decisions. The AI does not have access to real-time market data, your local MLS, or your specific financial situation unless you explicitly provide that information.

Where DealLab displays or references third-party data (comparable sales, market trends, repair cost databases), we do not independently verify that data. Errors or omissions in third-party data are beyond our control. Users are responsible for independently verifying any data used in their investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealLab and its owners, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform — including but not limited to lost profits, lost deals, or investment losses — even if DealLab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
